What are the Plant & Plot galvanized raised beds made of?

All of our galvanized raised beds are made of 0.6mm thick prime steel that has been coated with a layer of zinc to prevent rust and corrosion. For our colored products, we added a layer of highly durable powder-coated color.

Why are the garden beds bottomless?

A bottomless raised garden bed allows excess water to drain out of the soil, preventing water logging and soil compaction. This improves soil aeration, which is essential for healthy plant growth.

Are the Plant & Plot raised garden beds safe for children and animals?

Our garden bed was designed to be perfectly safe for our customers. The panels are rolled over at the top and have round edges, to eliminate any sharp parts. We also include safety rubber edging for added security. Having said that, we do recommend wearing gloves and closed-toed shoes when assembling the garden bed, in order to protect yourself from any injury that may occur during the assembly process.

What kink of surface can I place my garden bed on?

You can place it on a variety of surfaces, including grass, soil, concrete, gravel, and decking. It is important to ensure that the surface is level and stable to prevent the garden bed from shifting or tipping over. If placing the garden bed on a hard surface like concrete, you may want to consider adding a layer of drainage material like gravel or sand underneath the bed to improve drainage.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

What if my product arrived damaged / I'm missing a piece?

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing a piece, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All damages should be reported to Support@PlantAndPlot.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.

How long is the warranty valid for?

All of our garden beds come with a 3 free-year warranty.
